Refund Policy for Career Counseling Services

At MentorMe Career Intelligence and Training Private Limited, we strive to provide exceptional career counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise which require a refund of service fees. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy for Students and Working Professionals:

Note: ‘Siver - Counseling Only’ and ‘Silver-Assessment Only’ packages are not eligible for refund

Refund Policy for No-show:

If the client cannot make it to a scheduled counseling session, they must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid forfeiting a refund. If a client does not attend within the first 15-minute grace period of a scheduled session, it will be considered a ‘No-show’, and no refund will be provided. This is applicable to the Silver, Gold & Platinum packages for Students and Working Professionals.

Refund Process

Please note that any requests for refunds must be made in writing to admin@mentormeright.in within 30 days of the service delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request is approved.

The refund policy may change without prior notice; however, any changes will not affect the refund terms applicable at the time of the service purchased by the customer.
