• a. MentorMe provides a platform that helps in self-discovery through career assessment tests and connects mentors and mentees for career counselling and professional development.
• b. MentorMe does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any mentor's profile or the quality of their services. Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence before entering any mentoring relationship.

4.User Conduct

• a. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may impair the functionality or interfere with other users' use of the Website.
• b. You will not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or overburden the Website.

5.Information Accuracy and User Feedback

In the development of the Web-application/Website/Services/Products and their respective contents, meticulous efforts have been invested to present the most current, accurate, and clearly articulated information. Upon registration through any means, the Company may reach out to you via the registered mobile number, email, or any other provided contact information to facilitate the effective provision of services. By registering, the user explicitly authorizes the Company to contact them and the student utilizing the services through the mentioned means at any time post-registration.

The user expressly allows the Company to address student queries, provide study plans, report progress, offer feedback, communicate with the student, and provide mentorship through telephone or email, subject to the express consent of the legal guardian/parent of the user or through any other agreed-upon forum.

8.Termination of Account

MentorMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

9.Governing Law

The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without consideration of conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

10. Modification and Amendment Rights, Discontinuation, and Price Changes

• a. The company reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect(s), features, or functionality of the Application or the Services at its discretion without prior notice.
